Congrats to this Senior who has shown exemplary skills. Certainly she is the role model for SENIORS in general and particularly WOMEN for active ageing, happy living, and better dissemination of skills. She has opened several opportunities for others to follow for making themselves happy and to support & guide others. The youth particularly girls should follow for creating healthy environments for self and others. Continuation of such healthy practices supports for happy and healthy living of SENIORS.
