A moment to cherish and share

14 years back when I started my journey towards promotion of Active and Productive Ageing in India, I didn’t knew that one day I will be invited at a prestigious Business School, ICFAI Business School (IBS), Pune to take a lecture on ‘Managing Careers’ based on my experiences of handling different roles in different industries in the field of Gerontology.

Thanks to Dr Narsing Rao GS, Director, IBS, Pune and Mr. K S Venkatesh, Faculty of HRM Department at IBS, Pune for inviting me as a guest faculty at IBS, Pune for a lecture for their MBA students, who not only took keen interest in the topic but also actively participated in the discussions.

For me it’s a moment worth cherishing and sharing. It strengthens my belief in one thing that hard work always pays back.
